Return Process

  Pack Your Device

  Securely place the electronic item in its original packaging, ensuring all accessories, cables, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from our portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition at our Sydney warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days.
